Effective date: Upon publication or acceptance through the applicable marketplace. If the applicable marketplace imposes additional mandatory terms, those marketplace terms control for ordering, billing, payment, tax, and marketplace-specific rights.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the AIQu VEIL application (the “App”) as made available by Integrated Quantum Technologies Inc. (“Integrated Quantum”) and operated inside a customer-controlled environment. It is app-specific. It does not apply to Integrated Quantum’s public website, marketing activities, or unrelated services, and it does not govern the independent privacy practices of any third-party marketplace, cloud provider, analytics platform, or customer-operated system.

1. Core Runtime Position

In the ordinary course of operation, the App is designed so that Customer data remain inside Customer’s own environment. The App processes raw inputs only to train or apply the VEIL encoder and to produce latent encodings and related in-environment artifacts. This runtime position is an architectural property of how the App is deployed, not a requirement that Customer send data to Integrated Quantum and then rely on policy-based deletion

• Integrated Quantum does not receive Customer runtime data through ordinary use of the App.

• The App does not send raw customer inputs, latent encodings, model artifacts, configuration objects, or customer environment information to Integrated Quantum or its affiliates.

• The App does not create a provider-side copy of Customer data in normal operation.

• Sensitive data are not logged by the App.

• Objects created by the App, including encoder artifacts, model files, registry records, schedules, or configuration objects, remain only inside Customer’s environment until Customer deletes them or uninstalls the App.

2. Data the App Processes Inside Customer’s Environment

Inside Customer’s environment, the App may process the following categories of information solely for Customer’s own ML workflow:

• raw inputs or engineered feature values selected by Customer;

• feature columns, schemas, tables, views, tensors, or other data resources configured by Customer;

• trained encoder artifacts, ONNX model files, registry objects, schedules, and deployment configuration created by the App;

• limited operational metadata necessary for execution inside Customer’s environment.

That processing occurs only to enable the encoder, to generate latent encodings, and to support Customer’s configured deployment. Integrated Quantum does not receive that runtime information in normal operation.

3. Data Integrated Quantum Does Not Collect Through App Runtime

Because of the App’s architecture, Integrated Quantum does not collect the following categories of information through ordinary App runtime:

• raw input data processed by the encoder;

• latent encodings or derivative vectors produced by the encoder;

• trained encoder artifacts, ONNX files, checkpoints, deployment bundles, registry objects, schedules, or configuration objects created by the App inside Customer’s environment;

• training data, feature data, tensors, or other runtime data resources processed inside Customer’s environment;

• personal data, PHI, financial account data, or other regulated information contained in Customer runtime inputs;

• sensitive application logs, audit trails, traces, or diagnostics from Customer’s internal systems.

4. Information Integrated Quantum May Receive Outside App Runtime

The App does not send runtime telemetry or customer data to Integrated Quantum. However, outside of App runtime, Integrated Quantum may receive limited information in the following circumstances:

• administrative or commercial information supplied by the applicable marketplace, such as organization name, subscription identifiers, entitlement status, billing-administration details, or aggregate metering or usage information that the marketplace chooses to provide under its own policies;

• business contact details and the contents of emails or tickets that you voluntarily send to legal or support addresses or through a marketplace ticketing channel;

• records needed to comply with law, respond to legal process, prevent abuse, or protect the App and our rights.

Do not send raw customer inputs, latent encodings, model artifacts, screenshots, logs containing customer information, credentials, secrets, or other personal, sensitive, regulated, or confidential data to Integrated Quantum by email or support ticket.

5. How Integrated Quantum Uses Limited Non-Runtime Information

Integrated Quantum may use the limited non-runtime information described above only to:

• administer the commercial relationship associated with the App;

• respond to support or legal requests;

• maintain records required for security, audit, compliance, tax, and legal purposes;

• investigate misuse, fraud, or security incidents;

• exercise, establish, or defend legal claims.

6. Legal Bases

Where applicable privacy laws require a legal basis for processing personal information, Integrated Quantum relies on one or more of the following: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the App relationship, and consent where consent is required.

7. Sharing

Integrated Quantum does not sell Customer data or personal information collected through App runtime because, Integrated Quantum does not receive that runtime data at all. For the limited non-runtime information described in this Privacy Policy, Integrated Quantum may disclose information to:

• affiliates and personnel who need the information for the purposes described above;

• marketplace or platform providers where necessary to facilitate entitlement, billing, or marketplace operations;

• professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal counsel;

• service providers that support ordinary business administration, provided they are bound by confidentiality obligations;

• law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties where required by law or legal process;

• a successor entity in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable confidentiality protections.

8. International Processing

Limited non-runtime information may be processed in the United States, Canada, or other jurisdictions where Integrated Quantum, its affiliates, or service providers operate. Where required by law, Integrated Quantum will use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. No Customer runtime data processed by the App is transferred to Integrated Quantum because that runtime data remains in Customer’s environment.

9. Retention

Integrated Quantum does obtain App runtime data. Any limited non-runtime information received outside the App is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including support administration, compliance, tax, audit, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and enforcement of legal rights.

10. Security and Architectural Safeguards

Integrated Quantum uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the limited information it receives outside App runtime. Customer remains solely responsible for security controls within Customer’s own environment, including access control, encryption, network configuration, data governance, retention settings, and protection of any data processed by the App inside that environment.

• The App is intended to maintain a strict trust boundary around Customer’s own environment.

• The App does not phone home or establish a public endpoint for Customer runtime data.

• The App does not autonomously create external data-source connections; it can communicate only with data sources, registries, and deployments that Customer has configured and authorized.

• Sensitive data are not logged by the App.

• Where internal service-to-service authentication, tokens, or credentials are used by a deployment, they are intended to remain scoped to Customer’s environment and deployment rather than being transmitted to Integrated Quantum.

11. Regulatory Alignment

The App is designed to support privacy-by-design and data-minimization objectives and may assist customers that are evaluating compliance with frameworks such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and similar data-protection regimes. Compliance with applicable laws remains Customer’s responsibility. Customers in regulated industries should conduct their own legal, security, and technical review to confirm that the App is suitable for their particular regulatory context.

12. Privacy Rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the limited personal information Integrated Quantum holds outside App runtime, or to object to certain processing. To exercise such rights, contact [email protected]. Integrated Quantum may need to verify identity and authority before responding.

13. Children

The App is intended for enterprise and organizational use and is not directed to children.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Integrated Quantum may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. An updated version will be posted with a new effective date through the applicable marketplace, listing materials, or other reasonable publication channel.

15. Contact

For privacy questions or legal notices relating to the App, contact [email protected]. For ordinary support matters, contact [email protected].

Nothing in this Privacy Policy changes the independent privacy obligations of the applicable marketplace or cloud platform. Those parties process information under their own policies and terms.
